Our farms free-range protocol requires that the birds are rasied either completely outdoor or
in an indoor/outdoor environment with access to fresh grass, shade, and sunlight, beginning
at the time they move out of the broader barn, generally at 6 weeks of age. This process allows
the birds access to outdoor areas 4+ times the size of areas provided by the average commercial
turkey ranch.
